Developing English learning materials for computer network engineering students at peripheral Indonesia

This research was aimed at developing and validating English learning materials for students of computer network engineering Vocational High School (VHS) peripheral city Indonesia.� study followed the Research Development (R&D) method. It involved three experts in field instruction, ten one teacher Teladan Metro, Lampung which considered as a part Indonesia. The data were drawn from questionnaire distributed to students, an interview conducted teacher, developed had been validated by experts. findings show: (1) development networking should be centred around students� needs; (2) prompting visuals aspect clear map course book are what make more acceptable, (3) validation enhances its readability acceptability. is recommended that teachers VHS would design their own supplementary nation-wide use might not cover all needs.
